At FreshNutz, we are dedicated to providing a seamless shopping experience. To ensure your order reaches you as efficiently as possible, we fulfill orders from multiple locations across the country.

1. Current Shipping Promotion: FREE SHIPPING

We are excited to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders for a limited time! As we grow and establish our brand, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to enjoy FreshNutz products without any extra cost at checkout.

2. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email.

3. Shipping Origins & Delivery

To get your order to you faster, we ship from two primary fulfillment hubs:

• Sacramento, California

• Alexandria, Virginia

Depending on your location and our current inventory, your order will be shipped from the facility closest to you. Because we ship from multiple locations, items in a single order may occasionally arrive in separate packages at different times.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive a tracking number for each package.

6. Shipping Restrictions

FreshNutz currently ships to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
